Summer is the months for buskers – and I caught my first sighting down at Harborfront – it was the Fireguy.

You have to a bit daft to juggle, tumble, and just seek to entertain a crowd on  a hot windy day. I know my nieces and nephews are sidetracked for a minute or two by my coin and folded hand tricks … but the amusement quiksilvers to the latest attention grabber. So an late Spring crowd on the Lakeshore  – its a daunting audience.

So the Fireguy works triply hard to capture the attention of kids and their adult companions. Its not easy.
